🔍 What this checker is
TurnitinMy runs your file through a licensed Turnitin account and sends you the original PDF — the same overall similarity score, source list and highlighted text a lecturer sees when they open your submission. It is not a web-only plagiarism checker that guesses; it searches Turnitin's student-paper, journal and publisher databases.
Checks run in No Repository mode, so your draft is never stored and cannot be matched against itself when your university checks the final version.
📋 What you can check
- Assignments, essays and lab reports (Standard, RM2.78, under 20,000 words)
- Final Year Projects, theses and dissertations (Premium, RM3.78, up to 65,000 words)
- Journal manuscripts before submission
- Bahasa Melayu, English, Arabic and Chinese documents — .docx or .pdf with selectable text

❓ Questions
Is TurnitinMy the same as Turnitin?
TurnitinMy is a checking service, not Turnitin itself. Your document is checked through a licensed Turnitin account and you receive Turnitin's own report. Turnitin does not sell accounts to individuals, which is why services like this exist.
How accurate is the score compared with my university's?
It comes from the same Turnitin database, so the sources are the same. The percentage can differ slightly if your university excludes quotes or bibliography in its settings; our report shows everything so you can see the worst case.
Can I check the same document twice?
Yes. Because nothing is stored (No Repository), a second check after you edit shows the real new score rather than a 100% match with your first upload.
Does the checker detect AI writing?
Choose the AI + Plagiarism option (RM7.99) to get Turnitin's AI writing percentage in the same PDF. See Turnitin AI detection.
Do you offer a free Turnitin checker?
No, and neither does anyone else — see why there is no free Turnitin. The standard check is RM2.78, which is less than most "free" sites charge to unlock their report.
